Consignments; $350.00/Month for broke, conditioned, well behaved horses otherwise $650.00/Month for first month or as long as necessary and then $350.00/Month. Includes being fed twice daily, internet advertising, clipping, bathing, showing to prospective buyers. Purchases;15% of sales price in addition to .45 Cents / mile and $20.00/hour to inspect possible horses. Buyer strongly encouraged to also get comprehensive veterinary examination. Boarding; $250.00 / Month Pasture; fed twice daily $375.00 / Month Barn; Fed twice daily, turned out 3x week
